The fastest way to get rid of Satan in Christianity

Exorcising demons is not an easy matter for every church person as the body of Christ in facing various temptations that often come from the power of the devil. Now, we need to find out who the devil really is in the New Testament. The main word that is often used to refer to a demonic creature is "Demon", which is found 60 times in the history of Christianity. Other words are “unclean spirit or unclean spirit” which was found 24 times and the python spirit which was found once in Acts 16:16.

There are two common ways that the meaning of the Bible refers to situations in which people exhibit some kind of demonic behavior. First, they are called "demonized". Second, they are thought to have demonic power, which leads many people astray.

Bible verses about Jesus Christ being able to cast out demons, which you can do and apply as follows:

1. Mark 1:34

"" He healed many people who were sick with various diseases and drove out many demons; He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him. '' Interestingly, the first to confess about the Messiah was Satan (Luke 4:41). In doing so, Jesus Christ showed that He has all authority over Satan or Satan. Jesus Christ once conquered various temptations by Satan during his wilderness temptation (Matthew 4: 1-11). This proves that Jesus has greater power than the power of Satan. This also shows that the demons, who were angels who had fallen into sin, saw the glory of Jesus Christ before He came to earth to serve on earth. Thus, they knew Him who had the character of Christ as a human being before humans were created.

2. Luke 10:17

"Then the seventy came back happy and said:" Lord, the demons also submit to us for your name's sake. "This is what the disciples of Christ who were sent by Jesus said when they returned. He also authorized them to cast out demons. They do not have that authority because no human is fit for the devil, but when Jesus gives you authority, then you can have His authority.

3. Acts 19: 13-16

19:13 Also some of the Jewish incanters who were walking around the land tried to speak the name of the Lord Jesus against those who were possessed with unclean spirits, crying out, saying, "I swear at you in the name of Jesus, which was proclaimed by Paul." 19:14 Those who did this were seven sons of the chief priest of the Jews named Sceva. 19:15 But the unclean spirit answered, "I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but who are you?" 19:16 And the man who was possessed by the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all and defeated them, so that they fled from that man's house naked and injured ''

Just imagine that the Jews were very surprised when they saw or heard that Jesus was casting out demons in Christianity and maybe some of His disciples had done the same thing. So, the Jews wanted to try it using a fake name. Until in the end they were chased and instigated by evil spirits.

4.Luke 8:30, 33

"And Jesus asked him:" What is your name? " He replied: "Legion," because he was possessed by many demons. Then the demons came out of the man and entered the pigs. The herd of pigs plunged over the edge of the cliff into the lake and then suffocated. ”“ Not just one demon but a whole crowd of demons and a Roman legion where Jesus was between 3,000 and 6,000 soldiers. This may be done by Jesus Himself having more power in casting out so many demons. This exorcism of demons or demons was even more impressive because the man was so possessed by a demon that "he was chained and shackled, but he would break all ties and be driven by the devil to a lonely place" (Luke 8: 29).

5. Mark 1:39

"Then He went into all of Galilee and preached the gospel in their synagogues and cast out demons." It is clear that Jesus did not waste much time casting out demons because from the very beginning of His ministry on earth, he had real miracles that were able to cast out demons. many demons in at least twenty different situations as is known in the New Testament.

6. Mark 3: 13-15

3:13 Then Jesus went up to the top of the hill. He calls the people He wants and they come to Him. 3:14 He appointed twelve men to be with Him and to send Him out to preach the gospel. 3:15 and He was given the power to cast out demons "" This is clear evidence that Jesus gave the disciples authority to cast out demons which means that they themselves do not have such authority. Remember what happened to the Jew who tried to cast out demons with his own authority?

7. Luke 4:41

Demons also came out of the crowd shouting, “You are the Son of God. Then He strictly forbade them and did not allow them to speak, because they knew that He was the Messiah. '' The last verse about how to cast out demons in Christianity when Jesus was being confronted by Satan and they already knew who Jesus really was (Matthew 8:29). This shows that they know that they are headed for torment someday as written in Revelation 20: 9, which will bring out the signs of their death. The way that Seventh-day Adventist Christians can exorcise demons or evil spirits is that we really need to start by doing the praises first to invite the presence of God. We also follow the goals of Christian worship and follow the proper way of praying by saying “In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen '' or "In the Name of Jesus Christ, Get out of here demons!" if we want to cast out demons depending on the situation we face.

Regarding the Word of God, only things that we have to pay attention to, because to face the challenges of the church today, we must prepare ourselves first and then use all the armor that God has prepared for us, as in the following verse:

Romans 13:14 shows that we as believers always need the Lord Jesus as the armor of light to avoid His worldly desires.
Ephesians 6: 11-17 shows that when facing evil days, we must wear the full armor of God, so that we can stand against the tricks of the devil and also put up a fight on that evil day by standing on the back of the truth and clothed with justice. Not only that, we also continue to preach the gospel of peace in all circumstances. Use the shield of faith, because with that shield we will be able to extinguish all the arrows of fire from the evil one. In the end we can receive the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Therefore, by asking for the gift of the Holy Spirit, we must be more diligent in wearing the weapons of God mentioned above in fellowshiping with the Lord Jesus. Always remember His commandments and study the Bible wholeheartedly. From all of the above, we will learn a lot if we grow more and more fruitful in Christ. However, what we need to understand is, that any believer who wants to cast out demons in Christianity will never use any means except for the name of Jesus. Never use other means such as incense, plain water which is not a Christian symbol. Moreover, we should be grateful that we get God's promise for believers to deliver us from the power of darkness and transfer us into the Kingdom of His beloved Son (Colossians 1:13). The salvation of Jesus Christ can provide true deliverance and protection from Satan. Until finally we have won through Jesus Christ (Romans 8:37).

Not only that, we also rejoice because God has led and given us the victory over sin (1 Corinthians 15:57; 2 Corinthians 2:14). We have also overcome evil through the power of the Holy Spirit who is in us greater than evil spirits (1 John 2:13, 4: 4). We will not be afraid of the devil or the devil because he was defeated by Jesus Christ through the crucifixion of Jesus (1 John 4: 4). This proves that Jesus Christ had greater authority than them before He went to Calvary and even before He was born as a baby in a manger.

It can be concluded that we must remember that God's Word is the only reliable source of truth about demons and evil spirits. In addition, by living the call to be disciples of Christ, we must become practitioners of faith who always hear and act according to God's will. Hopefully this article on how to cast out demons can be useful for you and your family.
